3. Anonymity
Due to the nature of a high-security dating platform, it is impractical for us to provide services without knowing your real name, photo, and age. When you register for Baeyond, you are required to use truthful and accurate information to maintain the integrity of our verified community.
4. Data Categories Processed
(a) All Users (Visitors and Members) Whenever you visit Baeyond, our servers automatically record statistical information about your usage to ensure the stability of our WordPress hosting environment:
- The type of browser used and referring URL.
- Your IP address and location data.
- Pages viewed, date/time of visits, and exit URL. This data is primarily used for statistical purposes and remains anonymous unless you log in as a member.
(b) Members Upon registration, we collect information to provide the full benefits of the Ame Intense ecosystem. Personal Data processed includes:
- Full name, email address, and age.
- Residential address and phone number (for security and local matching).
- Photographs for your profile.
- Occupation and description of your appearance.
- Billing information (only if you purchase a Marketplace item or Baeyond+).

- Facial Geometry Data (Biometric Data): This is collected during our Photo Verification process to ensure you are the person in your photos.
Note on Biometric Data: Your biometric data is processed strictly for identity verification. We delete this data once verification is complete, or in any event, no later than three years after collection, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
(c) Cookies and Tracking Technologies To improve your experience, we use cookies, pixel tags, and device IDs.
- Google Analytics: We use this to understand traffic patterns. This data is transmitted to Google servers in the USA. You can opt out via your Google account settings.
- Google Marketing Platform: We integrate these tools for demographic reporting and to optimize ad services based on your past visits.
(d) Third-Party Interactions We may allow authorized service providers (such as hosting partners or security firms) to use tracking technologies. We also share hashed data within the Ame Intense group for analytical purposes.

5. Purposes of Collecting, Holding, Using, and Disclosing Personal Data
(a) Data Collection Directly from You or Other Parties Where reasonable, we collect Personal Data directly from you. However, to ensure safety within the Ame Intense ecosystem, some data is processed automatically (like cookies). We also receive “age signals” from third-party platforms like the App Store or Google Play to verify you meet our 18+ requirement.
(b) Purposes of Collecting Personal Data We only collect Personal Data that is reasonably necessary for:
- Core Services: Processing your membership and creating your publicly viewable profile.
- Ecosystem Portability: Allowing you to easily transfer your profile to other pillars, such as Ame Intense Gold or Ame Intense Events.
- Verification: Confirming your identity via Photo Verification to ensure a bot-free environment.

- Marketing: Sending you information about new features or ecosystem offers we believe will interest you.

(g) Information Not Confidential Profile information, including photos and video intros, is treated as non-confidential to facilitate the matching process. This allows the Ame Intense Group to synchronize your profile across our various dating and lifestyle sites.
(h) Communication We reserve the right to send you emails regarding matches, account alerts, and promotions from our affiliated businesses. You can manage these at any time on your “Notifications” settings page.
6. Destruction of Personal Data
We will keep your Personal Data only for as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes and as required by applicable law. We will take reasonable steps to erase any Personal Data that we hold about you where:
- We no longer need the Personal Data for the purposes for which it was collected (e.g., providing matching services) and we are not otherwise entitled to retain such data.
- We are not required or obligated by law, regulation, or court order to retain the information.
If certain information has been provided to third-party partners within the Ame Intense ecosystem in accordance with this Privacy Statement, the retention of that information will be subject to the policies of the relevant third party.
7. Access, Correction, and Portability
(a) Access to Personal Data We will provide you with access upon request to the Personal Data held by us in relation to you, except to the extent that:

- Erasure: If you wish to have your Personal Data erased, please communicate your request to us. We will take reasonable steps to erase your data unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Note: Deleting your Personal Data will result in the permanent deletion of your account and your inability to access the Service.
(f) Restriction of Processing You may request that we limit or restrict the manner in which we process your data. In such cases, we will only process the data with your consent or for the establishment/defense of legal claims.
(g) Costs Access to and rectification of your Personal Data is generally free of charge. However, if your requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive (specifically due to repetitiveness), we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse the request.
(h) Specific Objection Rights You have the right to object to the use of your Personal Data for tasks performed in the public interest or for our legitimate business interests. If you object to Direct Marketing, we will cease using your data for that purpose as soon as reasonably practical.

This license ends when you delete your account, unless your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.
(b) Your Liability and Competitive Restrictions You hereby confirm and guarantee that you will not use our platform or data to generate any databases, websites, or services that compete with Baeyond or the Ame Intense ecosystem. Unauthorized commercial scraping or “data mining” will be investigated and met with legal action.
(c) Amendments We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Statement at our discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page for updates. Please note the “Effective Date” at the top of this document.
(d) Language The primary language of this Privacy Statement is English. Any translations provided are for your convenience only. In the event of an inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
