Baeyond Terms of Use

Effective Date: January 20, 2026

In these Terms of Use, the following expressions have the corresponding meanings:

  • “Claim” means, in relation to a person, a claim, demand, remedy, suit, injury, damage, loss, cost, liability, action, proceeding, right of action, claim for compensation or reimbursement or liability incurred by or to be made or recovered by or against the person, however arising and whether ascertained or unascertained, or immediate, future or contingent;
  • “Commercialize” means to exploit, market, promote, develop, integrate, research, sell and conduct any other activity for profit or reward;
  • “Company” means Alice Rose LLC, a company registered in the United States, and shall also include any related body corporate, operational partner, or associate, including the Ame Intense ecosystem;
  • “EU” means the political and economic union of member states located in Europe known as the European Union;
  • “EU Country” means any country who is a current member and party to the treaties of the EU and means Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden;
  • “You” or “Your” means the consumer, client, customer or any other that purchases, uses, or otherwise engages with our Services, and is deemed a party to these Terms of Use. In certain situations depending on context “You” may lead to the “member”;

1. Website

2.2 Formation of Contract By registering, you enter into a contract with the Company regarding the use of the Baeyond platform. This contract is free of charge for core services. However, you may choose to support the platform’s mission by opting for Baeyond+ or purchasing specific items from the Ame Intense Marketplace.

2.3 Membership (a) Core Service: You may become a member of the Service free of charge. Free membership entitles you to participate in the foundational features of the Service, including unlimited messaging and likes. (b) Criminal History: To protect our users, you may not become a member if you have been convicted of an indictable offense or a felony. By applying for membership, you warrant that you have a clean criminal record and are not required to register as a sex offender. (c) Background Checks: You acknowledge that the Company does not routinely conduct criminal screenings. However, we reserve the right to conduct investigations to verify your compliance with these warranties. You consent to these investigations, and we reserve the right to terminate your account if any representation proves false. (d) Ecosystem Integration: As a Baeyond member, you are part of the broader Ame Intense ecosystem. You acknowledge and agree that you may receive promotional content, newsletters, and offers regarding other pillars of the ecosystem, such as Ame Intense Gold, Events, or the Marketplace.

2.4 Baeyond+ and Support Baeyond is a “Free Forever” platform. We offer Baeyond+ as a voluntary membership for users who wish to support the Ame Intense team in maintaining and improving the platform. Baeyond+ is a contribution to our mission and does not create a “pay-to-play” barrier for core communication features.

2.5 Marketplace and Virtual Items From time to time, you may have the opportunity to purchase virtual items or lifestyle products from the Ame Intense Marketplace. These purchases are final and governed by the specific terms shown at the time of purchase.

2.6 Payments and Contributions (a) Core features like unlimited likes and messaging are free. Any payment made for Baeyond+ or Marketplace items is processed through secure third-party providers. (b) If you opt for a recurring support contribution (Baeyond+), you authorize the Company to charge the fee periodically until you cancel. You can opt out of these contributions at any time via your account settings.

2.7 Password Security You are solely responsible for the security of your password. You agree not to share your account with any third party. If you suspect a security breach, you must notify us at support@baeyond.com immediately.

2.8 Identity Verification To maintain a verified and safe community, we may request identification at any time to verify: (a) your identity; (b) the accuracy of your profile; or (c) your compliance with our Terms of Use.

3. The Service

The Service is an internet information platform that facilitates contact between members who may be seeking friendship, romance, or travel companionship. Baeyond is a tool for connection; it is not a marriage brokering service, a mail-order bride service, or a traditional matchmaking service. Alice Rose LLC and Ame Intense are under no obligation to broker or guarantee matches for any member.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Own Risk You acknowledge that your use of the Service and the Website is solely at your own risk.

4.2 Accurate Information You represent, warrant, and undertake that all information and photos you supply to the Service are accurate in all respects, not in breach of this Agreement, and not harmful to any person. Without limiting the above, you must not post any images that contain:

  • Images of any person other than yourself.
  • Nudity or sexually explicit content.
  • Images of objects that do not include you.
  • Cartoons or illustrations (even if they represent you).

4.3 Information Not Confidential You agree that material or information provided by you, including Personal Data (which may include your name, location, and profile details), will be treated as non-confidential to facilitate the Service. You expressly consent to the Company using this material to synchronize your profile across relevant pillars of the Ame Intense ecosystem to improve your matching possibilities.

4.4 Information Available Overseas (a) Your profile will be viewable globally, irrespective of the location of the viewer. (b) The Company utilizes global servers for data storage, which may be located outside your country of residence (including the USA and EU). (c) The Company may utilize international contractors for background checks or fraud prevention tasks. (d) You expressly consent to the transfer and storage of your Personal Data to our members and employees globally, in full knowledge of the risks associated with varying levels of data protection across jurisdictions.

4.5 Copyright Assigned You agree that all copyright in material provided by you to the Company is assigned to the Company for use within the scope of these Terms. You warrant that all material is your original work.

4.6 Legal Access You must ensure that your access to Baeyond is not illegal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the legality of your actions under all applicable laws.

4.7 Exposure to Viruses You must take your own precautions to ensure that your process for accessing the Website does not expose you to viruses or malicious code.

4.8 Content of Profile You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to post content that is abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, threatening, or racially offensive as determined at our sole discretion.

4.9 Interaction with Members You are solely responsible for your interaction with other members. Always use caution and follow our Safety Tips.

4.10 Negative Covenants You represent and warrant that you will NOT: (a) Disclose private information of other users without permission. (b) Engage in harassment or offensive behavior. (c) Use the Service for “sugar” relationships, extra-marital solicitation, or any illegal activities. (d) Impersonate any person or misrepresent your age or status. (e) Harvest data or send “spam” and unsolicited mass distributions. (f) Use Baeyond for unauthorized commercial purposes or solicit money from users. (g) Attempt to solicit passwords or financial details. (h) Use non-human or automated bots to login. (i) Be abusive to our support staff; such “Offensive Conduct” will result in immediate termination without appeal.

5. Information

5.1 Monitoring and Security Functions We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor all profiles, messages, chat sessions, videos, and audio recordings to ensure they conform to the requirements of these Terms of Use. To provide the highest level of service and a secure environment, we utilize both internal moderation teams and third-party security functions. You expressly acknowledge and agree to our collection of certain non-personal data (such as device identifiers and IP addresses) used solely for the purpose of preventing fraud and ensuring a safe online community.

5.2 Editing and Deletion of Content While we do not review every message or material sent by members, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to delete, move, or edit any content (including profiles, messages, and media) that we deem to breach these Terms of Use or to be otherwise unacceptable. This includes content that could damage the reputation of Alice Rose LLC or the Ame Intense ecosystem.

5.3 Security of Data Transmission You acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. While we take reasonable steps to preserve the security of your information on our servers, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information you transmit is done at your own risk.

5.4 Global Data Consent You further expressly consent to the transmission of your Personal Data to permitted third parties and Company affiliates, both within and outside of your jurisdiction of residence (including the USA and EU), in full knowledge of the risks associated with varying levels of data protection. You may revoke this consent at any time in accordance with the processes set out in our Privacy Statement.

6. Restricted Use

6.1 Personal Use Only Unless we agree otherwise in writing, access to the Baeyond platform and the Website is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6.2 Prohibition of Business Entities The registration of businesses, groups, organizations, and companies as members is strictly prohibited. You may not use the Service to promote any external business or commercial venture without a formal partnership agreement with Alice Rose LLC or Ame Intense.

6.3 Content Reproduction You are authorized to print or download a copy of information contained on the Website for your personal use only. You are strictly prohibited from:

9. Advertisements

9.1 Sole Responsibility Responsibility for the content of advertisements (if any) appearing on the Website, including hyperlinks to the advertisers’ own websites, rests solely with the advertisers. These advertisers are often strategic partners of the Ame Intense ecosystem.

9.2 No Endorsement The placement of such advertisements does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of the advertiser’s product or service by Alice Rose LLC or Ame Intense. Each advertiser is solely responsible for any representation made in connection with its advertisement.

9.3 Third-Party Transactions Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Service are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings.

10. Intellectual Property Ownership

10.3 Trademarks The names Baeyond, Ame Intense, Ame Intense Gold, and their respective logos are trademarks of the Company. Any other trademark, service mark, logo, or slogan used on the Website is the property of its respective owner. You must not use our trademarks:

  • (a) In or as the whole or part of your own trademarks.
  • (b) In connection with activities, products, or services which are not ours.

Those links are provided for convenience only and may not remain current or be maintained. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices associated with Linked Websites.

11.2 No Endorsement Our links with Linked Websites should not be construed as an endorsement, approval, or recommendation by Alice Rose LLC or Ame Intense of the owners or operators of those Linked Websites, or of any information, graphics, materials, products, or services referred to on them.

11.3 Ecosystem Integration To improve your experience and matching possibilities, we may provide direct links to other pillars of the Ame Intense ecosystem, such as the Ame Intense Gold coaching portal or the Marketplace. Your use of those specific services will be governed by their respective supplemental terms and privacy policies.

12. Privacy Statement

14.5 Aggregate Liability Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the Services (such as Baeyond+ or Marketplace items) during the term of your membership.

16.1 Agreement Effective Duration This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you are a member of the Service or while you otherwise use the Website or Web App.

16.2 Termination of Membership by You You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, effective immediately. Notice of termination may be affected by clicking on the “Delete Account” or “Switch Off Membership” link in the settings section of the Website. As the core service is free, no refunds are applicable for general membership. Any voluntary contributions (Baeyond+) are non-refundable unless required by law.

16.3 Special Termination Rights (US Residents) If you reside in specific US states (including Arizona, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, or Wisconsin), you may have the right to cancel any paid agreement (such as Ame Intense Gold or Marketplace purchases) within three (3) business days of the transaction. 16.4 Termination of Access by the Company We may, in our absolute discretion, block, terminate, or suspend your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, or conduct that may affect the enjoyment of the Service by others.

16.5 Termination for Breach We may immediately terminate your membership if we determine (in our absolute discretion) that you have breached this Agreement or the Community Guidelines. Notice will be delivered to your last provided email address.

16.6 Deactivation for Non-Use To maintain a high-quality, active community for our members, we may deactivate your account if you have not used the Service for a consecutive 6-month period, unless you have an active paid subscription for premium ecosystem services.

16.7 EU/UK Consumer Rights If you are a resident of the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel a contract for Paid Services within 14 days without giving a reason, provided you have not commenced using the service. Use of the service (e.g., sending messages) constitutes a request for immediate provision of the service.

  • (b) US Residents: For users residing in the United States, you agree that this Agreement is governed by the laws in force in the State of Delaware (or the state of incorporation of Alice Rose LLC).
  • (c) Child Safety: We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any such content is illegal and prohibited by our standards.

19.2 Applicable Court & Arbitration

  • For Users in the United States:
    • Arbitration: You waive your right to go to court except for small claims. All disputes will be resolved by a neutral arbitrator through the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
    • Class Action Waiver: You agree that all claims will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a class action or representative proceeding.
    • Small Claims: You may sue for US $5,000 or less in a small claims court as an alternative to arbitration, provided you have first attempted our informal dispute resolution.
  • For Users Outside the United States:
    • Any dispute relating to your use of Baeyond will be resolved by binding arbitration under the LCIA Rules (London Court of International Arbitration). The arbitration shall take place in London, UK, in the English language.

20. Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Baeyond, owned by Alice Rose LLC and powered by Ame Intense, is committed to keeping our product free of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

20.1 Zero Tolerance

  • (a) CSAE includes behavior that sexually exploits or endangers children, including grooming, sextortion, or trafficking.
  • (b) CSAM refers to any visual depiction of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
  • (c) We have a zero-tolerance policy. Content depicting or promoting child abuse will be removed immediately, the account will be banned, and we will report the incident to law enforcement.

20.2 Prohibited Activities The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Uploading, storing, or sharing any CSAM.
  • Sharing third-party links to CSAM.
  • Engaging in conversations about sexually explicit conduct involving a child.
  • Any activities aimed at grooming minors.

20.3 Reporting and Enforcement

  • Reporting: Users can use the in-app “Report” function or email team@baeyond.com / support@baeyond.com.
  • Action: We review all reports promptly. Violations result in permanent removal of content and suspension of membership from the entire Ame Intense ecosystem.
  • Law Enforcement: We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and fully cooperate with global law enforcement.

21. Final Provisions

21.1 Entire Agreement These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Statement and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
